It can be used for a variety of food applications and comes in a convenient individually wrapped 6-8 oz. cream cheese bars for easy storage in the refrigerator.

This cheese is ideal to have on hand in homes, as well as foodservice operations.

Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup of artichoke (diced small, well drained)
1 cup of fresh spinach (diced small)
8 ounces of Member Mark Cream Cheese Bars
1 cup sour cream
1 cup of Panko bread crumbs
1 tsp of black pepper
8 ounces of shredded parmesan
8 ounces of shredded cheddar
1 tsp of garlic
1 tsp of dry parsley

Directions: Use a food mixer/processor and add cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, parmesan cheese, garlic, pepper. Mix until smooth. Add the artichoke and spinach until all the ingredients are incorporated. Spread evenly into an 8" x 8" oven-safe pan and top with Panko bread crumbs and dry parsley. Bake at 375°F for 20-22 minutes or until the top is brown and bubbly. Serve with pita bread, crackers, tortilla chips and your favorite vegetables. Enjoy!
